Taking a test drive is an important step in the journey of purchasing a Babboe cargo bike. However, in countries where Babboe bicycles are sold online, or through resellers who are sometimes located far away, taking a test drive can be difficult.

Project background

In Belgium it is possible to test a Babboe bicycle with a Babboe Ambassador: an owner of a Babboe cargo bike who makes his or her bicycle available to a potential buyer. Babboe wants to roll out this method more widely. A large ambassador network makes it possible to realize the ambition of being able to take a test drive within 30 kilometers of every home.

Babboe asked Lukkien to make a proposal for the realization of an online platform for connecting potential customers and ambassadors.

We delivered a digital platform that connects Babboe owners (ambassadors), mostly parents, with parents looking for a safe, comfortable and affordable cargo bike.
