The global premiere of the new Mitsubishi COLT

A familiar name, back on the road in a completely new, state-of-the-art version. Together with the Mitsubishi EU team, Lukkien was able to provide a lot of moving and still images for this introduction. From hero images to PR shots and from the global reveal video to the interactive premiere webcast on 17 different international Mitsubishi websites. With - unique for the Netherlands - shots of a 'driving' COLT that were shot entirely in our Virtual Production studio.

Controlled and safe environment

Lukkien's creative team built a special 3D world and the All-New COLT could drive through this urban landscape without any risk of premature exposure. The combination of Virtual Production, a Bolt robot arm, and Lukkien's CGI specialists resulted in unique, realistic driving shots.

High-end visual assets

The conceptual environment used for the driving shots has also been used as the backdrop for hero-images of the Mitsubishi COLT. Next to these we have also created a series of how-to videos and feature videos. On a closed outdoor location, we created assets for press purposes.

From event to European premiere launch video

International events in Ede

Prior to the European Premiere, six different events were held for various target groups such as fleet owners, dealers, distributors, and, of course, the international automotive press. For the occasion, Lukkien Studios were decorated in the Mitsubishi COLT look and feel.

Interactive webcast in 16 different countries

The launch of the All-New COLT itself took place on Thursday, June 8th at 7:00 PM (CET). For this launch, a webcast was produced with different language versions, subtitles, and add-ons for 16 different countries. Watch the webcast here:
